APPLETON MILL FARM & NUTHOLME

An area of outstanding scenic, scientific and historic interest lying within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. It is also a particularly good example of a glacial valley cut through the calcareous sediments of the Tabular hills which separate the North Yorkshire Moors to the north from the Vale of Pickering to the south.
