CHARTWELL: The main rooms in the house are presented as they were when the Churchills lived there in the 1920s and 1930s. There is a large collection of medals, medallions, manuscripts, books and memorabilia relating to the life of Sir Winston Churchill. Sir Winston's hobby was painting and he was a well known 'Sunday' painter. There is a collection of his oil paintings in the studio and in the house.
