The owner's binding undertakings
I undertake with respect to the group that during my lifetime or until it is disposed of, whether by sale or gift or otherwise: 1. To keep the group as a group permanently in the United Kingdom and not to remove it temporarily except for a purpose and a period approved by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC); 2. To take reasonable steps for the preservation of the group and each of its constituents; 3. To take the following steps to secure public access: (i) the public shall be able to view the group at the V&A Museum, Cromwell Road, London, SW7 2RL (ii) if the loan arrangements are terminated by the Museum, I shall agree with HMRC alternative arrangements for providing the public with access to the group.
