1. To keep the Archive, as a collection, permanently in the United Kingdom and not to remove it temporarily except for a purpose and a period approved by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). 2. To take reasonable steps for the preservation of the Archive and in particular to secure by arrangement with the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) that the PRONI will carry out such work as they deem necessary to ensure the preservation of material within the Archive, any such work to commence within 12 months of the Archive being deposited with the PRONI. 3. To take the following steps to secure reasonable access to the public: (i) the public will be able to view the Archive which will be on indefinite loan to the PRONI; (ii) the public will have access to the Archive in accordance with the rules of the PRONI; (iii) to notify HMRC Inheritance Tax if the loan to the PRONI is terminated…
