The owner's binding undertakings
We undertake with respect to the Collection that until it is disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise: (a) to keep the Collection as a collection permanently in the United Kingdom and not to remove it temporarily except for a purpose and a period approved by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC); (b) to take reasonable steps for the preservation of the Collection and each of its constituents; (c) to take the following steps to secure reasonable access to the public: (i) the public will be able to view the part of the Collection shown as Schedule G1, which will be on indefinite loan to the Victoria & Albert Museum (V&A), London, for display.
