The owner's binding undertakings
1 I undertake with respect to the Objects that during my lifetime or until any earlier disposal whether by sale or gift or otherwise: a To take the following steps for maintenance repair and preservation: i To take steps for the maintenance repair and preservation of the Objects having full regard to their historic interest to Somerleyton Hall.
