To keep the object in the United Kingdom and not to remove it temporarily except for a purpose and a period approved by His Majesty's Revenue and Customs ("HMRC"), 3. To take reasonable steps for its preservation 4. To take the following steps to secure public access to the object: a. The object will be on permanent loan for public display at the National Museum of the Royal Navy, Portsmouth for a minimum of 28 days a year ("the loan arrangement") b.
