The owner's binding undertakings
1. We undertake with respect to the Collection, that until it is disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise: (a) to keep the Collection, as a Collection, permanently in the United Kingdom and not to remove it temporarily except for a purpose and a period approved by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC); (b) to take reasonable steps for its preservation; (c) to take the following steps to secure reasonable access to the public (i) the collection will be on long term loan for display at The Postal Museum, 15-20 Phoenix Place, London WC1X 0DA ("the loan arrangement"). (ii) if the loan arrangement is terminated, we shall agree with HMRC alternative arrangements for providing public access.
