Give public access to the exterior and interior of Moignes Court without prior appointment on at least 28 days per annum; all of the open days to be during the spring and summer months and to include one of the Early May, Spring bank holidays and at least 9 days falling on weekends. Opening hours of not less than 4 hours on each open day.

The owner's binding undertakings
