Give public access to the exterior and interior of Moignes Court without prior appointment on at least 28 days per annum; all of the open days to be during the spring and summer months and to include one of the Early May, Spring bank holidays and at least 9 days falling on weekends. Opening hours of not less than 4 hours on each open day.
The owner's binding undertakings
1. With respect to the Property or until any earlier disposal, whether by sale, gift or otherwise of all or any part of the Property: (a) To take the following steps for maintenance and preservation: o To implement the Heritage Management Plan for Moignes Court, the outstanding land, the amenity land and the buildings on the land, and to review and update it with input from a suitably qualified professional on a five-yearly basis thereafter in consultation with HMRC's advisers, each time following on in a timely way from the updated condition survey. o To implement the findings of the condition survey of Moignes Court and all the buildings on the outstanding land and the amenity land; to update the survey in consultation with HMRC's advisers thereafter on a five year cycle o To consult Historic England, for the avoidance of harm, with regard to proposals for change or development to …
